Food Recipes
Ingredients:
227 gm Glass Noodles
1 tbsp Canola Cooking Oil
1 medium sized Onion (Julienned)
1 cup Pork ( cut into 1/2 by 3 inches strips) or chicken Meat (shredded)
3 tbsp Shelled Shrimp
1/2 cup Carrots
1 cup Shredded Cabbage
5 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 1/2 cups Chicken Soup Stock
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Oyster Sauce (Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce)
1 clove Garlic
1/2 cup Sweet Peas
1/2 cup Green Onions
1 boiled Egg
Procedure:
1. Saute garlic and onion until golden brown in a frying pan.
2. Add meat and shrimps. Season with oyster sauce, salt pepper and soy sauce.
3. Add vegetables (except cabbage and green onions) and soup stock. Bring to a boil. After vegetables
are cooked add cabbage and green onions.
4. Using a strainer, remove meat and vegetables from the mixture.
5. Cook noodles in sauce for 3-5 minutes.
6. Removed cooked noodles from a frying pan and arrange it on a platter.
7. Sprinkle meat and vegetables on top of noodles. Serve with calamansi (Philippine lemon) if desired.
8. Decorate top with sliced boiled eggs.
